Summer beats on and so does this incredible year for fruit! This week we have “Apple Dandy” pluots from Willowbrook Farm and Gala apples from Marilyn’s Orchard. The vegetables might be having a hard time this year, but the fruit is most certainly not. It can be easy for all of us to get bogged down by what is going wrong, but Shanti from Whipstone Farm took the time in her newsletter this week to focus on what is going right. She’s been told that their tomatoes this year are the best tasting ever, and I think I would have to agree! After a few hard tomato years, it’s always nice to have a crop turn around and be better than ever. We hope you enjoy all the sweetness in this week’s basket.

Have a fabulous week!
Meghan
