Pickles

10-15 small cucumbers sliced in rounds
1 qt water
2/3 Cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. alum
1 -2 Tbsp Sea Salt
Bring the above to a boil in a saucepan.  Then cool.

5-10 garlic cloves
10 dried red whole chilies
2-3 Tbsp. dill seed
Add above to the cucumber mixture in a crock.  Cover with grape leaves.  Keep in refrigerator for a month or more.
